My work asks what conditions shape digital participation and why access alone does not produce equal outcomes. These projects examine that problem at different scales using statistical analysis, bibliometrics, qualitative synthesis, and comparative research.

Digital inclusion and capability
How does digital-development research explain the path from access to meaningful opportunity? I mapped the field and synthesized 116 studies to develop a framework linking access, literacy, institutions, and capability.
